What the holding does

KC Holdings is a privately owned holding company based in Belgium. It develops the systems its operating company works with day to day: search and AI visibility, sales automation, and the internal software that supports both.

That development happens inside the group rather than being bought in, and the intellectual property stays with the holding.

Where things stand

The holding was set up in 2026. The current focus is the shared toolset: the visibility and automation systems the operating company uses, and an internal platform to run group operations on. Building that before widening the portfolio is a deliberate choice.

A system that works in one company becomes the standard for the others. Maintaining one good tool is more useful than maintaining three variations of the same idea.

Own what matters

The tools the companies depend on are built and kept in-house. That keeps costs predictable and avoids relying on an outside vendor for something central to the business.
